Andretta from Tenuta Vitanza, now in its fourth vintage, is a tribute by winery owner Guido Andretta to her husband, commemorating their 10th wedding anniversary. Crafted as a masculine Brunello with an emphasis on new French Oak, this 100% Sangiovese wine undergoes a 36-month aging process in French tonneaux. The result is a full-bodied, smooth, and powerful experience, unveiling captivating aromas of dark chocolate, cherry, porcini mushrooms, and a subtle hint of coffee. Awarded 92 points by James Suckling, it presents an intricate palate with plums, wood spice, fine tannins, and a fresh, linear finish—a wine to be savored after 2022.
