Zingari, a Tuscan Blend of Syrah, Merlot, Sangiovese, and Petit Verdot, emerges from an experimental vineyard testing varietal attitudes. Its highly concentrated ruby color introduces Mediterranean aromatic notes. With a soft, full-bodied profile, it offers fresh flavors, good acidity, and a balsamic-mineral structure. Zingari is a pleasant and interesting Tuscan blend, featuring cherries, currants, and subtle hazelnut-chocolate hints. Medium-bodied with a racy finish, it presents a vivid acidity that runs through, making it suitable for immediate enjoyment or aging.
