The grapes used in crafting this Sancerre are sourced from vineyards neighboring Monts Damnés and d'Amigny, characterized by clay and limestone-rich soils. On the palate, the wine displays a vibrant liveliness, complemented by mineral notes and a captivating floral essence. To preserve the exquisite qualities of this white wine, it underwent fermentation in tanks and was promptly bottled within the same year of harvest. This well textured sauvignon blanc, is refreshing and crisp with hints of citrus and grapefruit offering abundance of depth while staying expertly balanced.
