Cultivated on the hillsides along the Loire's tributaries, especially the Layon, the grapes undergo a traditional rosé method, involving gentle maceration for a delightful pink hue. The fermentation is intentionally halted to preserve the wine's subtle sweetness. The result is a fresh and vibrant rosé with tasting notes of tangy red berries and savory spices.
