Sociando-Mallet wines are known for their deep, dark color and complex aromas of red fruits, with a subtle touch of fine oak. Traditionally long-aging, these wines are full-bodied, elegant, and fresh, with flavors of cherry paste, a light chalky texture, and hints of savory and tobacco on the finish.
